(1) Development of advanced pressure sensors and transducers. The UPB-CETTI task was to do the FEM modeling and simulation of a ceramic pressure sensor realized in LTCC technology, and to improve the performances of the sensor. (2) Electromagnetic, Electromechanical and Thermal Aspects in the Construction of Hybrid Electronic Subsystems- EETAC. In this project a main component of a DC-DC converter was analyzed, a planar transformer. The transformer was designed, modeled and simulated using FEM software and finally was prototyped. (1) and (2) were bilateral Romania – Slovenia, co-operation. (3) Scientific Network and Technological Platform for Electronic (national project). Having as the start point ROHS Requirements, the scientific, technological environmental and economical aspects of transition to Lead-free soldering were investigated. (4) Investigation of electronic micro-modules, „ROHS” conformal based on energy efficient methods, Bilateral Romania – Hungary co-operation.
