Today the usage and applications for quartz devices is rising with each new technological breakthrough. Progressively, more engineers become responsible for specifying crystal design parameters for their own electronic solutions. This drives the need to better understand crystal and oscillators. In this presentation, we will explain how each of the different parameters make up the overall specification and what device values are feasible depending upon the operating conditions.
