Bourns Custom Magnetics Product Line is proud to announce the launch of its new Automotive Grade Gate Driver Transformer Model HVMA03T100A-ST10S.
This transformer is fully AEC-Q200 compliant and engineered for demanding automotive applications, including electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid systems, and battery management.
Designed with a 10 mm creepage distance and supporting a 1000 V working voltage, the HVMA03T100A-ST10S is ideal for high-isolation environments. It features a compact SMT footprint, optimized for space-constrained designs, and supports a wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +155 °C, meeting Class F thermal requirements.
