Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are perhaps some of the earliest used and most well-known capacitors. The ripple current and space-saving benefits of aluminum electrolytic capacitors are ideal for automotive applications and very high temperature conditions – up to 165°C.

In this webinar, KEMET’s Austin Finley (Associate Technical Product Manager) looks into the technologies that enabled this and how these capacitors are used in those applications.
