Bourns Releases SMD High Current Shielded Power Inductors

Bourns releases new AEC-Q200 compliant high current shielded power inductors.

Bourns Magnetics Product Line is introducing the all new Mini-Molding Model SRP2010TMA, SRP2012TMA, SRP2510TMA, SRP2512TMA and SRP3212A Series High Current Shielded Power Inductors which are compact and low profile at 0.8 mm and 1 mm in height.

These inductors are manufactured by a newly-developed molding process with metal alloy powder cores featuring high saturation currents, high heating currents and shielded construction for low magnetic field radiation. The flat wire construction helps to reduce the DCR significantly compared to other similar sized devices, and makes these new series of parts highly efficient.

These inductor series are AEC-Q200 compliant with operating temperatures up to +150 °C. The small footprint and low profile features of these inductors make them good choices for applications in wearable devices, HDDs, SSDs, smartphones and LCD displays
