YAGEO Group announces the release of its latest innovation, the PGT6541NLT, a high-isolation SMT push-pull transformer designed to meet the versatile demands of industrial and automotive power supply applications.

This advanced component is engineered to support various input/output voltage requirements while delivering consistent power output and superior performance.

“YAGEO Group’s isolation transformer stands out due to the customized platform, which features significant separation between the core and pin, allowing for compact footprint and high-isolation components,” said Damon Huang, Product Marketing, Specialized Power PBU.

Exceptional Features for High-Voltage Applications

Originally designed for 1500V PV products requiring high isolation and compact size, the PGT6541NLT offers:

  • Maximum working voltage: 1500Vdc
  • High electrical isolation: 4.4kVrms
  • Power output: Over 2W in a compact design, with a maximum power of 6W
  • Creepage distance: 22mm for enhanced safety
  • Compliance: RoHS compliant, meets EIA481 standards, and approved under IEC/UL 62368-1

Versatile Applications

The PGT6541NLT is ideal for:

  • Industrial equipment
  • Photovoltaic (PV) products
  • Battery energy storage systems, especially 1500V systems
  • Low voltage (3.3 to 24 V) isolated DC-DC power supplies with 3+ Watts
  • Isolated serial communication data interfaces (RS-485, RS-422, RS-232)
  • Half-bridge, full-bridge, and push-pull low voltage isolated DC-DC power supplies
