Bourns Releases High Power High Ripple Chokes

Bourns Custom Magnetics Product Line is introducing the new RoHS compliant* 15322x high power storage choke series.

This series is ideal for use in a variety of applications such as switched-mode power supplies, motor control, DC-DC converters, and PFC stages.

The 15322x series HPHR choke has a current rating of 50 A to 133 A, and an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C. These chokes are designed to work in high ripple applications.

The new magnetic inductor products from Bourns are characterized by their low winding capacity, high power high ripple (HPHR) capabilities, and one-layer helical winding design.

These features contribute to excellent cooling and make them ideal for use in DC-DC converters, current doublers, and PFC stages. Additionally, all products are RoHS compliant, ensuring environmental safety and sustainability.
