Typical applications include transistor gate drive power, battery management circuit powering, and isolated power across separate voltage systems. This transformer has a wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +125 °C. The high creepage, SMT package has a unique small footprint for such a large working voltage.

This model is designed for a switching frequency of 400 kHz and will provide an output power of 2 watts. It can be used with many gate driver controller ICs that have either fixed or variable frequency and can be customized for other output voltages and applications.

Features

  • 2 watt gate driver transformer
  • Switching frequencies 400 kHz
  • High working voltage of 800V
  • SMT transformer with 8 mm creepage
  • RoHS and REACH compliant
  • AEC-Q200 compliant and automotive grade
  • Operating temperature: -40 °C to +125 °C

Applications

  • Transistor gate drive power
  • Inverter circuits
  • Battery Management Systems (BMS)
  • Motor drives
  • Power delivery
