DigiKey Expands Line Card with 108K Stock Parts and 364 Suppliers

6.2.2026
Reading Time: 4 mins read
A A

DigiKey has significantly expanded its global electronic components and automation portfolio, adding more than 108,000 new stocking parts and 364 new suppliers to its line card in 2025.

This expansion further strengthens DigiKey’s position as a key source of in-stock products available for same-day shipment worldwide.

DigiKey Grows Inventory with Over 31K New Stocking Parts in Q3 2025

Industry-Leading Growth in 2025

DigiKey integrated more than 1.6 million new products into its system over the course of 2025, combining additions across its core business, Marketplace, and Fulfilled by DigiKey programs. Within this total, over 108,000 new stocking parts are now available for immediate shipment in prototype and production-relevant quantities.

A particularly strong fourth quarter underscored this growth, with 25,653 new stocking parts and 89 new suppliers added in just three months. The continued portfolio expansion reflects DigiKey’s strategy of providing broad and deep product availability to support fast-moving development cycles and complex supply chains.

Focus on Availability and Customer Experience

DigiKey’s model centers on maintaining substantial in-stock inventory that can ship the same day to customers worldwide. Engineers, designers, makers, and procurement professionals can source parts without waiting for long factory lead times or being forced into large minimum-order quantities.

To support this, DigiKey continues to invest in its web experience, export compliance capabilities, and price competitiveness. These investments make it easier for customers to search, compare, and purchase components efficiently while meeting regulatory and budget requirements.

New Suppliers Strengthening the Line Card

The 364 new suppliers added during 2025 broaden DigiKey’s coverage across technologies such as artificial intelligence, embedded processing, power electronics, connectivity, and electromechanical solutions. The additions give customers more choice for both mainstream and highly specialized applications, while enabling consolidation of sourcing through a single global distributor.

Highlighted New Suppliers in Q4 2025

Several notable suppliers joined the DigiKey line card in the fourth quarter:

  • Synaptics, contributing a portfolio of AI products that enable next-generation digital experience designs and human–machine interfaces.
  • ABB Installation Products, supplying cabinet infrastructure and electrical protection solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential installations.
  • Silanna Semiconductor, offering advanced analog technologies including ADC data converters and laser driver ICs for demanding signal-chain and power applications.

These and other new suppliers help expand design options for applications in industrial automation, transportation, communications, consumer devices, and more.

Expanded Access to Innovative New Product Introductions

DigiKey’s inventory growth also ensures rapid access to leading new product introductions, helping design teams integrate the latest technologies as soon as they reach the market. In Q4 2025, several high-impact NPIs were added across computing, connectivity, power, connectors, RF, and capacitors.

  • Wago second-generation edge computers are designed to host internal applications for heavy data processing, including analytics and machine learning at the edge.
  • Arduino UNO Q microcontroller board delivers enhanced performance, greater flexibility, and improved connectivity for advanced electronics projects and professional prototypes.
  • Lattice Semiconductor MachXO4 FPGA portfolio expansion introduces ultra-low power and high-performance devices for control, bridging, and system management functions.
  • Hirose FX31 series floating high-current connector supports up to 25 A and 800 V per pin, offering strong vibration resistance, misalignment tolerance, and stable operation up to 125 °C for rugged environments.
  • Analog Devices MAX22216V is an AEC-Q100 qualified driver integrating four programmable 36 V half-bridges for inductive loads such as solenoids, DC motors, proportional valves, bistable valves, and relays.
  • Samtec NitroWave high-performance RF microwave cable assemblies are optimized for frequencies beyond traditional industry standards, targeting applications in aerospace, defense, datacom, computing, semiconductor test, and instrumentation.
  • TDK B409x series SMD hybrid polymer aluminum electrolytic capacitors have been expanded to handle mechanical vibrations up to 30 g, making them suitable for harsh automotive and industrial conditions.

Supporting Engineers and Procurement Teams Worldwide

With more than 17.5 million components available for immediate shipment from nearly 3,000 manufacturers, DigiKey provides one of the industry’s broadest selections of in-stock parts. Design and procurement teams can leverage DigiKey not only for components, but also for digital design tools, automation solutions, and integrated purchasing workflows.

The continued expansion of DigiKey’s 2025 line card reinforces its role as a trusted global partner for sourcing electronic components and automation products. Customers can explore new suppliers, technologies, and NPIs directly via DigiKey’s online resources, parametric search, and technical content.
