Pure-Polyimide Flexible Heater for High-Reliability Applications

Engineered for exceptional performance and reliability, the new 1KW planar transformers deliver up to 1000W of output power, supporting the high demands of mission-critical systems.

Their ultra-low-profile design, with a maximum height of just 19.5 mm, allows for seamless integration into space-constrained applications. Optimized for high frequency operation at 700 kHz, these transformers ensure efficient power delivery in high-speed systems.

Designed to withstand extreme conditions, the transformers operate reliably across a broad temperature range from -55°C to +130°C. Their ruggedized construction meets the durability requirements of military and aerospace platforms, with space-qualified variants available that comply with Mil-Std 981 Class S standards.

For automotive applications, the new series is designed to meet AEC-Q200, ensuring consistent performance and reliability in automotive environments. Flexible lead options – including both tin-lead and lead-free (SnPb) finishes – accommodate diverse manufacturing needs.

Supporting a wide array of power topologies, including Forward, Push-Pull, Half-Bridge, and Full-Bridge configurations, the transformers accept input voltages from 100–200 VDC (Forward and Push-Pull) and 100–400 VDC (Half-Bridge and Full-Bridge), with adjustable output voltage from 12–48 VDC.  Safety and reliability are ensured with reinforced 3000 VAC isolation from primary to secondary and core, and 500 VAC isolation from secondary to core, all within a compact 49.0 x 40.0 mm footprint.

“We are proud to introduce this advanced range of planar transformers,” said Bob Jones, Director of Sales at iNRCORE. “This product launch reinforces our commitment to delivering innovative, high-reliability solutions that address the evolving needs of our customers across critical industries.”
