Panasonic Extend Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor Offering with 47uF 80V

Pansonic announced extension of its aluminum conductive polymer hybrid electrolytic capacitors. The new, higher CV part 47uF 80V has been add to both SMD and leaded versions.

Aluminum conductive polymer hybrid electrolytic capacitors achieve both high performance and high reliability. The new addition of 47uF, 80V capacitors expands capability of aluminum hybrid capacitors at high voltage enabling further downsizing and increase of power density in automotive or industry applications.

The design combine features of both conductive polymer and electrolyte liquid that provide large ripple current (low Equivalent Series Resistance: ESR), low leakage current and high reliability contribute to downsizing and high reliability of the equipment.

Aluminum conductive polymer hybrid electrolytic capacitors are suitable for automotive equipment and base stations which need compact and high reliability components.

SMD type ZA high temperature lead-free reflow ready Series Features

  • Conductive Polymer Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors
  • SMD lead type design
  • Endurance : 10000 h at 105 °C
  • Low ESR and high ripple current (70 % over, Lower ESR than current V-FP)
  • High voltage (to 80 V)
  • Equivalent to conductive polymer type aluminum electrolytic capacitor (There are little characteristics change by temperature and frequency)
  • Vibration-proof product is available upon request. New lineup of ø6.3 product. (ø6.3, ø8, ø10)
  • AEC-Q200 compliant
  • RoHS compliant
