Samsung Electro-Mechanics Releases 150C 0201 1.0uF 4V MLCC in X8M for Automotive SSD

Samsung Electro-Mechanics has applied their proprietary technology in ceramic dielectric and electrode material fine-particle manufacturing and ultra-precision stacking to develop the 0201 inch (0.6×0.3mm) X8M (-55 to 150°C) MLCC ceramic capacitor, rated at 4V and 1uF.

The product is now in mass production. Samples are available upon request.

Application Example Automotive SSD (Solid State Drive)

Following the advancement of automotive architecture systems, the demand for the enhanced quality and performance of storage devices is rising. Samsung Electro-Mechanics offers the X8*, 0603 inch and smaller MLCC series, which contribute to design space optimization and power stabilization in these applications.
