Samsung Electro-Mechanics announces the world’s first ultra-small multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC), featuring a capacitance of 22nF at a rated voltage of 100V in the compact 0402 inch (1.00 × 0.50mm) size, X7S (-55 to 125℃). Samples and technical support are now available for partners and clients.

Rapid growth in 48V vehicle systems, and convergence of power-electronic platforms—combining on-board chargers (OBC), inverters, DC-DC converters, and wireless power transfer (WPT)—is driving demand for high-voltage, miniaturized, and reliable passive components.
