In this video prof Sam Ben-Yaakov introduces a comprehensive user-friendly simulation model of MLCC ceramic capacitors.
Class II MLCC ceramic capacitors are highly dependant on BIAS voltage and frequency. This presentation covers the development of a user friendly yet comprehensive simulation model that emulates the DC BIAS dependence of the capacitance and the ESR frequency dependence in transient and AC simulation.
