Modelithics Announces Release of Keysight COMPLETE Library v25.1

Modelithics®, is pleased to announce the release of the Modelithics COMPLETE Library v25.1 for Keysight Technologies’ Advanced Design System (ADS).

This release includes 13 new scalable models, representing over 900 components and includes compatibility with Keysight ADS 2025 Update 2.

With this release, the Modelithics COMPLETE Library for Keysight ADS now represents approximately 29,000 components, from ~80 leading commercial component manufacturers.

In this release, six (6) new Microwave Global Models™ for capacitor and resistor families from KYOCERA-AVX, Murata, Samsung, and Susumu are now available.

Microwave Global equivalent circuit models include Modelithics Advanced Model Features, such as Part-Value Scaling, Substrate Scaling, Pad Scaling, Representation of High-Order Resonant Effects, and Accurate Effective Series Resistance.        

In addition, this release includes a new non-linear model for MACOM pin diode MA4PK3000-1252. This model is substrate scalable and temperature scalable, which is validated from 25° – 85° C. Also available with this release are five (5) new models for International Manufacturing Services (IMS) power splitters which are valid from 30-50 GHz, and include Modelithics advanced model features, including substrate scaling. This release is also introducing a new model for Hirose U.FL-R-SMT-1 connector device. This model includes substrate scaling and pad scaling and is validated up to 20 GHz.

Through the Modelithics Vendor Partner (MVP) program, FREE use of Modelithics models for Kyocera-AVX, IMS, and Susumu components are available.
