Modelithics® is pleased to announce the release of the latest version, v24.8, of the Modelithics COMPLETE Library™ for Keysight Technologies’ Advanced Design System (ADS).

This release of the Modelithics COMPLETE Library for Keysight ADS includes 14 new models representing over 350 components and includes compatibility with Keysight ADS 2025 Update 1. The Modelithics COMPLETE Library for Keysight ADS represents 28,000 components from over 75 vendors.

Modelithics Releases COMPLETE Library v25.6 for Keysight ADS with 14 New Scalable Models

Included in this release is a new non-linear model for MACOM MAVR-011020 varactor. This model is validated through 67 GHz and includes Modelithics Advanced Model Features for Substrate and Temperature Scalability.

In addition, this release includes Microwave Global Models™ for two (2) Samsung capacitors, seven (7) Knowles/Voltronics capacitors and one (1) Knowles/Syfer capacitor. Each of these new models include many of Modelithics Advanced Model Features including Part-Value and Pad Scalability. Also included in this release are three (3) new models for Murata inductors, each validated up to 50 GHz.

All new models released are also available within the new Modelithics COMPLETE+3D Library™ v24.8 for Keysight ADS and RFPro, which represents circuit simulation models for over 28,000 components as well as 300+ 3D EM geometry models. The Modelithics COMPLETE+3D Library for Keysight ADS and RFPro incorporates the EM accuracy of 3D SMD components such as inductors and capacitors.

Together with RFPro’s automatic EM parameterization of substrate etching, dielectric thickness and material properties, RF designers can now efficiently predict the performance impact of manufacturing tolerances and actual purchasable parts.

For more information about this new release and further details on the new models available, please review the v24.8 release notes.
