Modelithics Releases COMPLETE Library v25.6 for Keysight ADS with 14 New Scalable Models

Modelithics, a leading provider of high-accuracy RF and microwave active and passive simulation models for Electronic Design Automation (EDA), has released version 25.6 of the Modelithics COMPLETE Library for Keysight Technologies’ Advanced Design System (ADS).

This update adds 14 new scalable models representing more than 600 components. It is fully compatible with Keysight ADS 2026 and remains backward compatible with earlier ADS versions.

Modelithics Releases COMPLETE v26.1 for Keysight ADS

The Modelithics COMPLETE Library now covers over 29,000 components from 80 manufacturers. Highlights of this release include a new Microwave Global Model™ for an attenuator from International Manufacturing Services (IMS), validated up to 20 GHz and scalable for part values, substrates, and solder-pad dimensions.

It also introduces the first of three new varactor-chip models from CapV Micro, validated to 67 GHz and featuring advanced capabilities such as temperature scaling from +25 °C to +85 °C. Additional Microwave Global Models for capacitors, inductors, and resistors are available from Coilcraft, Murata, NIC Components, Passive Plus, and YAGEO. All Modelithics models are based on consistent measurement and modeling techniques and include comprehensive documentation, with each model accompanied by a detailed datasheet.

The Modelithics COMPLETE Library for Keysight ADS offers an extensive selection of Microwave Global Models™, representing thousands of components. The installed models are also fully integrated with Cadence AWR electronic design automation (EDA) software. The library includes a substrate library containing measurement-based substrate parameters for many commonly used materials.
