Stackpole Electronics, Inc. announces the launch of its latest innovation, the CSSH0805 current sense chip resistor.

Engineered for high power density applications, this cutting-edge component is ideal for power modules, frequency converters, battery management systems, and automotive and electric vehicle (EV) controls.

The CSSH0805 SMD chip resistor delivers impressive performance with 1W power handling in a compact 0805 footprint, significantly conserving PCB space.

Featuring resistance values as low as 0.5 milliohm and a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) ranging from 50 to 100 ppm, it matches the performance of larger 1206 and 2010 resistors. This all-metal chip resistor also offers superior stability and reliability, passing rigorous industry-standard tests with ease.

Designed for high-efficiency, space-constrained applications, the CSSH0805 is the perfect solution for modern electronic systems requiring compact and robust components.
