Designed for single-phase and multiphase VRMs and PoL regulators, the KTA3030 delivers fast transient response, reliable high current handling, and minimal losses—all within a compact molded package.

This combination makes it perfect for modern CPU, GPU, ASIC, and SoC designs found in servers, data centers, and automotive vehicle power systems.

The KTA3030 Series Features:

  • Ultra-low inductance values starting at 40 nH, ideal for low-voltage, high-current DC-DC converters
  • Exceptional efficiency with very low DC resistance (DCR) and soft saturation for high current applications
  • AEC-Q200 qualification, making it suitable for automotive and industrial environments
  • RoHS-compliance, halogen-free materials, and compatibility with reflow soldering up to 260°C

Key benefits:

  • Available with various termination options including tin-silver, tin-silver-copper, and tin-lead
  • Wide range of inductance values for application versatility (40 nH up to 390 nH)
  • Operating voltages up to 100 V and current ratings up to 38 A
  • Temperature range: –40°C to +125°C (Irms current); storage up to +165°C

Coilcraft’s commitment to reliability is reflected in full compliance with international quality standards, including ISO/IATF certifications. Free product samples and detailed datasheets are available for design engineers online.
