The ThermaWick™ Thermal Jumper (THJP series) allows you to connect high power devices to heat sinks without grounding or otherwise electrically connecting the devices.
Constructed using the thermally conductive, electrically insulating aluminum nitride, the ThermaWick™ Thermal Jumper reduces associated component temperature, enables higher power handling, extends component life, and reduces hot spots, all while facilitating the sharing of heat sinks.
Applications for the ThermaWick™ Thermal Jumper include power supplies and converters, RF amplifiers, pin and laser diodes, filters for AMS, industrial, and telecommunications along with many other applications where heating of components is an issue
