SUMIDA has introduced new CYxxxxAT150/DS series of AEC-Q200 qualified SMD shielded metal inductors.
The new series of power inductors featuring balanced electrical characteristics in saturation and temperature rise current.
These inductors are magnetically shielded and have an operational temperature range of -55°C to +150°C for certain models suitable for high-power DC/DC converters and LED head lighting.
The series is expected to be available in Q1-Q2 2025 in sizes from 4x4mm up to 17x17mm.
