European Passive Components Institute EPCI wish everyone happy new year and success in challenging year 2023.
Year 2022 was indeed challenging facing us into new reality of dreams for peace and end of globalisation era with all of its consequences to human lives and electronic component supply chains. Lets hope for 2023 as the year of changes that will move us forward. Evolution is not developing linearly, but through step up changes with high transient dissipation and losses as we know well from electronic components.
EPCI European Passive Components Institute would like to thank to all our EPCI members, sponsors and everyone who helped us in 2022 to support passive electronic components industry. It is a pleasure to hear such positive feedback on EPCI tools such as WHO is WHO in passives free open database that provide information about key companies, passive components event calendar or EPCI-Academy that offer professional and free student e-learning courses. This is the best motivation for us to continue in what we are doing.
New domains has been established in 2022 by EPCI in response to our visitor requests:
- Inter-connection Blog www.inter-connection.eu aims to bring wider portfolio of EPCI collection of news, information service, knowledge base and educational articles by inter-connection and electro-mechanical components.
- The Passives Times www.passivestimes.com as a news aggregator collecting excerpts from EPCI domains, other electronic component sources and distributors.
As remarkable event for EPCI in 2023 will be to organize the next bi-annual 4th international symposium PCNS 2023 purely focused to passive electronic components to be held September 10-14th, 2023 in Sonderborg, Denmark, hosted by SDU University of Southern Denmark. PCNS Call for paper abstracts to be announced in January 2023.
with best wishes,
