Modelithics®, the industry-leading provider of scalable and high-accuracy RF/microwave simulation models, is pleased to announce that Guerrilla RF, Inc. has joined the Modelithics Vendor Partner (MVP) Program at the Sponsoring level.

Guerrilla RF, a fabless RF semiconductor company, develops a broad portfolio of ultra-low noise amplifiers, gain blocks, and power amplifiers for applications ranging from 5G/4G macro and small cell base stations to SATCOM, radar, automotive telematics, and high-fidelity wireless audio.

Through this collaboration, Modelithics and Guerrilla RF will accelerate product development for design engineers by providing comprehensive S-Parameter data and highly accurate, scalable simulation models. A collection of S-Parameter data models for Guerrilla RF amplifiers is already available in the Modelithics COMPLETE Library™.

As part of the latest initiative, new nonlinear models are being developed for six (6) Guerrilla RF GaN HEMT power transistors, spanning 15W to 150W and DC–8 GHz. These GaN-on-SiC HEMT devices are ideal for cellular infrastructure, radar, communications, and test instrumentation, supporting both linear and pulsed operation. The new models will be included in the Modelithics COMPLETE Library for Keysight Advanced Design System and Cadence® AWR Design Environment®.

Larry Dunleavy, President & CEO of Modelithics, stated:

“We are excited to expand our partnership with Guerrilla RF to kick off the development of new nonlinear models for their GaN power transistor product line. These models will be a valuable addition to the Modelithics COMPLETE Library!”

As a Sponsoring MVP, Guerrilla RF is offering FREE 90-day use of all available Modelithics models for its components.
