Sumida is releasing new series of 150C high temperature automotive grade metal alloy power inductors.
The released CY0530AT150/DS SMD power metal alloy inductor is the first member of the new 150C high temperature CY****T150/DS series.
The other types are coming soon.

- Metal alloy
- Magnetically shielded
- L×W×H:5.9×5.5×3.1mm Max.
- Absolute maximum voltage (across inductor): 50V
- AEC-Q200 automotive qualified
- Operating temperature range: -55C to +150C (including coil’s self temperature rise)
Applications:
- LED head light systems
- other high reliability designs for automotive applications (Note: these products are not intended for use in Airbag or Braking System applications)
